Features:
1)Adopts advanced CSW-800 comby dehumidify dryersystem. It make sure the material humidity≤80PPM at -50°C dewpoint. Meanwhile, it compact material and increase theviscidity.
2)Adopts closed cycle transport system after dryerto avoid contact with outside air and make sure the material be drycontinuously.
3)Extruder adopts special screw for PET. The screwhas unique separate and mix property to make sure uniformplasticizing. The screw suitable for recycled PET bottle flakes,PET mixture and original PET material. And the extruder adoptsration forced feeding to make sure the stable extruding. It makessure the product uniform.
4)Produce different model product at one die andmould. Adopts hydraulic screen exchanger without material leak.
5)Static cooling roller replace the water coolingtank. The roller will cool the strap at the constant temperature.It improves the product’s stretch intensity.
